Pizza ordered at 11:37, expected to arrive at 12:37, I received a call informing me of a delay due to a road accident. The delivery driver arrived at 13:43, was unfriendly, and the pizza was cold. When asked if the accident was serious, he replied that there was no accident, and offered no compensation for the delay or the cold pizzas. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place! The pizza was undercooked and swimming in oil, impossible to eat without cutlery. Not ideal in a hotel when you don't have cutlery... The price-quality ratio is terrible.

The Washington pizza had way too much oil in the box and the pizza dough was undercooked, impossible to eat without utensils. The same goes for the Maroil pizza; it wasn't cooked enough.

Warning: Closed I advise you not to order online from their website. The site was listed as open on a Thursday evening on Google: Order placed on their website, payment made on their website: "7:10 PM: Your order has been successfully processed," then order confirmed: "7:21 PM: Your order has just been confirmed by the store." But the pizza was never prepared because the restaurant was closed. Between Thursday and Saturday, the pizzeria was unreachable by phone (still listed as open on Google, website still accepting orders). Edit: Still unreachable 5 days later. I have to file a complaint with my bank to get a refund. The website is still accepting orders. Be careful!

I ordered from the website for delivery and received an email the next day saying my order was cancelled. In good faith, I thought it happened since I hadn't paid online. I placed another order, this time paying by credit card. The order wasn't confirmed until the following day (thanks, but I'd like to eat the day I order!), and we NEVER received the pizzas, yet I was still charged! This is UNACCEPTABLE! And on top of that, I contacted them countless times without ever getting a response!

Ordered online on Friday evening for collection at 7pm... Order obviously paid for... It was indicated that it was open, what a surprise to discover that it was closed!

J'ai essayé d'appeler mais envin .... j'ai été chercher mc do ...... Vraiment déçu je n'essayerais plus jamais de commander chez eux

I ordered a pizza Sunday night and it wasn't delivered. I waited all evening until 11 PM and still nothing. I paid online on your website and you ripped me off. It's a disgrace. I'll never order from you again.

Dirty pizzeria, poor hygiene, no hairnets, employees smoke in the kitchen

This pizzeria is awful! I saw people smoking inside. I ordered three pizzas and only got two. That's ridiculous! Good luck to anyone who eats there.

Unprofessional. No hygiene. I strongly advise against going there; avoid at all costs.

Congratulations Superlative calzones, generous, imaginative, and the ingredients are of high quality. The chef and his wife are very friendly and make you feel at home.

This is only an improvement, given that I took advantage of a reopening offer I received by email: I placed an order this afternoon to make sure I had a meal for my son before he starved to death. The delivery was 53 minutes late, I had to call twice to find out where the driver was, and the person on the phone was lovely...in the aperitif box, there were neither Camembert bites nor calamari...we were looking forward to this return and will consider giving it another try...
