One out of every two pizzas that were supposedly free was stolen from us and we weren't reimbursed despite numerous complaints. The service was terrible, with no welcome or communication whatsoever. This is unacceptable; I would have closed it down.

Really disappointed. My order arrived over an hour after I paid. Everything was cold. The portion size was ridiculously small (some of the fries were barely cooked). I called, and they had the nerve to tell me the correct portion size was accurate. The pizza (more like a slice of toast, given its size) was barely topped and completely cold—inedible. I called to explain, and the result was: they offered me a credit for my next order, but frankly, given the quality (it went straight in the bin), I wouldn't recommend them.

We just placed an order... very disappointed, no taste, no toppings on our pizzas. Avoid this place, I won't be back.

I bought a pizza. They said one was free, but it turns out I paid €57 for four pizzas—it's outrageous! Plus, they charge an extra €9 for the XL box. And the pizzas are still inedible, with no taste.

I recommend contacting them by phone. The order was ready in 10 minutes; we took advantage of their buy-one-get-one-free takeout offer. Delicious pizza!

Ordered takeout. I placed my order on Thursday and took advantage of the "Crazy Thursday" offer; the price was very reasonable. The staff were welcoming, and the pizza was excellent and generously topped. I highly recommend it!

Ordered online with a scheduled delivery time, the poor delivery driver arrived 15 minutes before I got home, and I wasn't there. The pizza was overcooked; you have to like using semolina to shape it! I've already had several terrible orders, and no response from Domino's Le Havre Gare...
