Izmir Kebab

We wanted to go back to give them a second chance after a less-than-stellar first experience. Well, nothing has changed. The service was appalling from the person taking orders (he took out his bad mood on the customers), the food left much to be desired, the fries were barely there, some ingredients were missing, and I'm still looking for the sauce.

EDIT: The review below is outdated, but I'm not sure if the one I'm about to write is more accurate regarding the current state of the kebab shop. I went back just after the end of summer, and we weren't greeted by the usual staff. These people were less friendly, and the meat was significantly worse than what we were used to. Furthermore, the vendor informed us that there was no more bread AFTER we had paid for two kebabs with bread. So, the small gesture of goodwill that consisted of simply replacing it with a flatbread was nice, but it would have been even better to make sure they had everything needed to prepare what we had ordered BEFORE we paid 🤦🏾‍♂️ Anyway, I hope I never see that vendor again. I'll go back to see if it's still as good as I thought it was before, but for now, I'll stick with this review. After more than twenty years in Le Havre, I think I've found the best kebab in town. There won't be any cucumber or feta in this kebab, but there's no need for it. The perfectly cooked meat and the generous amount of sauce will be enough to convince you. Basic stuff, yes, but it seems only they in the whole city have remembered it... Plus, the guy who takes your order is a real pro, so from that point on, I think you have absolutely no reason to choose another kebab shop. It's just a shame that the summer break wasn't mentioned on Google, but it's okay; the mere memory of the taste of your kebabs makes it hard to hold it against you.
