Hello, I'd like to write the following review: - First visit about a year ago (April 2025) for a family lunch. We were among the first customers (approximately two tables were occupied when we arrived) and we ordered burgers and salads. The brasserie filled up very quickly, and the kitchen soon stopped taking new orders to ensure everything was ready for delivery. Unfortunately, we were completely forgotten for an hour and a half despite several reminders from us: the waitress had simply forgotten to write down our order. As a result, we arrived among the first but were served last. Nevertheless, the staff offered us dessert, a gesture we appreciated. - Second visit on June 23, 2026, because every restaurant deserves a second chance. It must be said that the terrace is lively and particularly inviting on sunny days. Another plus: the beer selection is high-quality and varied. Arriving at 9:20 PM, we ordered three Amore pizzas (plus a tuna rillette, which was very good). Unfortunately, our luck wasn't on our side: we waited three-quarters of an hour for our pizzas because the first batch had been forgotten and burned in the oven. No worries, to err is human. However, the pizzas that were finally served were sorely lacking in flavor. We will, however, appreciate that the waiter apologized and kindly offered us a drink. The setting and the location remain very pleasant and enjoyable for a drink, but the overall restaurant experience was unfortunately disappointing on two occasions. Regards.

As non-guests, we urgently needed the restroom. While searching for it in the restaurant, the waiter smiled and pointed us in the right direction. Very kind. Afterwards, we sat outside and waited for service. The waiter at the next table missed my waving, so after 20 minutes we left. It seemed like they were understaffed.
