The restaurant has been completely renovated and now boasts a higher-quality menu; everything is homemade. The New Year's menu was excellent!

A very poor experience. The service was extremely slow; we waited over an hour for a plate of pasta, two salads, and a salmon steak with charred vegetables (listed as pan-fried on the menu). The pasta with goat cheese didn't have any vegetables. If this is a training ground for culinary and service skills, this should be clearly stated and reflected in the prices. Given the long wait and the poor quality, we didn't order dessert.
