Besides the disrespect of not honoring an appointment that you yourself made by setting the day and time, it is shameful of you, as a business owner, to support such an attitude from your employee, who, to express a "refusal" in your words, twice proclaimed "I don't give a damn" to potential customers. Yes, I could have eaten there, even later, or simply recommended your place, but as it stands, no thanks, absolutely not! Giving such a bad impression of your establishment and then trying to convince yourself that everything went smoothly is outrageous.
