FLUNCH LE HAVRE MONTIVILLIERS

Terrible! We went there to feed our son, but my husband and I weren't hungry. We ordered drinks and dessert for ourselves, but no main course. They told us we'd be charged an extra €2 because we didn't order a main course! Stop believing that your all-you-can-eat vegetables are so irresistible that we won't be able to stop eating them... in the end, we went to Quick!

The worst Flunch in France! We arrived on a Saturday a little before 9 pm, and it was a complete ghost town. There were no vegetables left at the salad bar, and the side dishes were empty, dirty, and poorly presented. All that was left were unappetizing leftovers. Seeing this as soon as we arrived, we ordered the cheapest dish, ate quickly, and spent a third of what we had budgeted. Great for our budget, but terrible for this restaurant. In terms of choice, variety, and organization, this is the worst Flunch I have ever visited. A truly dreadful experience; I will never set foot in this place again.

Unpretentious and friendly. Simple, pleasant, and perfectly adequate. Good value for money.

The young woman at the till was very pleasant, the guy in the kitchen was perhaps a little slow the time we went, it must vary from person to person, overall it's still a Flunch for reasonably priced food. It's very good for the price.

Karaoke on Friday nights! It's great for the atmosphere. All-you-can-eat mussels at the moment. Flunch always offers excellent value for money. Games for children with a little gift in the meal are always a nice touch.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Flunch Montivilliers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the cutlery and glasses were dirty, which doesn't inspire confidence in the establishment's hygiene. Another unacceptable point: the sign indicates that drinks are €0.80 with the purchase of a meal. However, when I ordered a mussel meal, this discount wasn't applied, without any satisfactory explanation. The worst part was the manager's attitude. Instead of listening to my comment, she treated me like an idiot and raised her voice in front of the other customers to, according to her, "explain" the situation to me. This behavior was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Regarding hygiene, the water fountain appeared to be of very questionable cleanliness. At the all-you-can-eat buffet, while I was serving myself fries, a staff member bumped into me, claiming he needed to wipe down the counter, without even apologizing. Finally, the restrooms were filthy, confirming the overall lack of maintenance at the establishment. A very disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never go back.

We came on a Sunday; there weren't many people at the tills, but the wait was very long and unusually so. The cashier left her station several times, and with the heat, the wait was uncomfortable. The second cashier wasn't very friendly. There was no air conditioning at all in the restaurant, which wasn't pleasant.

We ended up in the hospital due to food poisoning. Avoid this place; the hygiene is appalling. It's worse than it used to be.

Disappointed with the service, not many dishes available, no mayonnaise (out of stock), etc. It's a shame to see a decline in efficiency, and the cleaning was mediocre.
